A very special friend.....this is where I buy the main ingredient CHOCOLATE. Callebaut is a Belgian Chocolatier, supplying delicious chocolate couverutre to chocolatiers and pastry chefs all over the world. I have used this chocolate for years in my many, many years as a pastry chef. So I am well aware by now it is delicious! If you would like to take a look at their site for futher information on the chocolate, how it is produced and the ingredients in all the many different blends be my guest! You will see it's not just milk, white and dark there are lots of different strengths, flavours and origins.

Her 80 cms tall Ostrich Feather centre pieces are absolutely fabulous. Displayed in a glass vase with lighting through the stem creating a stunning crystal effect like crushed ice!
